About Us

Quentin is a local, born and raised in the Northeast of Victoria. He spent his childhood days on the family dairy farm, which helped form the basis of his strong work ethic, extensive manual labour skills and his clever problem-solving abilities. After qualifying as a Plumber, he went on to establish his own business in 2000, Quentin White Plumbing and Gasfitting. He focused on general plumbing, renovation in the building sector and on rural and reticulated water, building a solid small business reputation built on trust, honesty, reliability and hard work.

In seeing the need of his rural customers for reliable water storage, Quentin sought to expand his business into the steel water tank market in 2005, selling and installing ‘Highline tanks’. Now his business was able to provide the complete water supply solution for households and rural properties, from water
tank installs, to stormwater plumbing, trenching, pumps and connections. In 2009 Pioneer Water Tanks purchased Highline tanks, and Quentin was asked
to stay on and join the Australia wide ‘Pioneer dealer network’ as a dealer/installer, after his proven business track record showed his hard work,
reliability and integrity as a trusted local dealer with plumbing expertise. After becoming part of the ‘Pioneer dealer network’, the workload continued to grow, and tanks became a major part of his work – hence the change of name to ‘Quentin White & Co Tanks and Plumbing’.

Today, 25 years on, QW TANKS and Plumbing, is still a family owned and run business. Quentin is still on the tools, but he has a tight team around him now, who support and help him to continue to offer reliable, quality water storage solutions and plumbing services to customers all over Country Victoria.
