AQUALINER Fresh® – The Only Antimicrobial Tank Liner on the Market

Pioneer understands that the quality of water is important to you and your family, which is why they have collaborated with SANITIZED – a world leading institute in antimicrobial hygiene technology. The result was the development of a cutting-edge liner – AQUALINER Fresh®. This liner contains silvers ions, in the black layer that works against the build-up of mould, algae, mildew and biofilm, helping to ensure better water quality.

AQUALINER Fresh® is a reinforced, 5-layer liner, produced in Australia from Australian materials and is BPA and PFAS free.

AQUALINER Fresh® is 100% compliant with Australian and International health

Pioneer Water Tank Sizes

We can install Pioneer Water Tanks in Bluescope ZINCALUME® and Colorbond® Steel, of capacities from ~12,000litres up to ~500,000 litres.

Note. Allowance must be made for an air gap and pipe work positioning, to establish a useable tank volume, (effective capacity).

Sand Pad Preparation

Pioneer water tanks come as a ‘flat pack’ on our ute and trailer, and are built on site, onto your prepared sand pad.
QWTanks can also assist with sand pad preparation, and if you require this service, please ask us for a quote.

Before a Pioneer water tank can be installed, a stable tank pad foundation must be prepared. There are several important steps to consider when preparing the pad:

1. The sand pad must be level, stable and free of debris prior to construction. Inert sand is advised.
2. For an effective water tank installation, the sand pad must be at least two metres larger than the diameter of your tank.
3. For sloping tank sites, ensure adequate drainage to divert run off away from the tank wall.
4. Aggregate must be placed around the circumference of your tank to stop erosion, inhibit burrowing animals and comply with warranty conditions.
5. A retaining wall may be required to maintain pad integrity.
6. Your tank should never be left empty – a minimum of 300mm water should be stored in your tank at all times.
